What I can help with
- Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or unfair, tell me what and why and I will check it against the public record and amend or remove it.
- Right of reply. If you were involved with the company or website described here and want your side recorded, send it and I will publish a fair summary.
- Removal requests. If you believe a page identifies you personally or infringes your rights, write in and I will deal with it promptly.
- General questions about how to trace a debt plan, or which free service to approach first.
What I cannot do. I cannot access your case file, your payment history or any account with the firm described on this site — I have never had access to any of it. I cannot give advice about your own circumstances, tell you whether a debt solution is right for you, chase a refund on your behalf, or deal with a creditor for you. For anything of that kind, contact one of the free services listed on this site. They are properly qualified, they are free, and they can look at your actual situation.
Who publishes this site
