Knightsbridge Insolvency (KNBD) strives to provide an ethical debt solutions service to its customers.

This is to be achieved through attaining the highest possible compliance to the OFT’s Debt Management Guidance (DMG), the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the Financial Ombudsman’s Services (FOS) detailed rules.

It is the responsibility of each individual member of staff to be familiar with and to operate within the scope and spirit of DMG, DPA and FOS standards.

It is the responsibility of KNBD to provide staff with the training and resources necessary to be able to operate within the scope and spirit of DMG, DPA and FOS standards.

KNBD undertakes to monitor diligently compliance to the above standards in all aspects of its undertakings in debt solutions and all staff have a duty to co-operate with this.

Where compliance issues are identified, KNBD undertakes to provide the resources necessary to address these.
